Contact and estimate forms: name, phone, email, the service you are interested in, project area and any details you write. We use this information solely to respond to your request and prepare your proposal. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, which processes the data as our service provider.

Analytics and advertising (only with your consent): if you accept all cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 (traffic and usage measurement) and Meta Pixel (measurement of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram). These tools set cookies and may process identifiers such as your IP address and pages visited. If you choose 'Essentials only', none of these tools load.

Legal basis and purpose

We process form data to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract (responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote). We process analytics and advertising data only with your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing cookies for this site or contacting us.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run this website: Web3Forms (form delivery), Google LLC (Analytics, if consented) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Pixel, if consented), each under their own privacy terms.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your project and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the default Google Analytics 4 retention period (14 months).
